NOMINATING COMMITTEE
The Nominating Committee consists of the three person who have most recently served as President of the Academy. The Committee reports to the International Council.
TERMS OF REFERENCE
The President shall appoint a Nominating Committee consisting of the three (3) persons who shall have most recently served as President of the Academy, which committee shall report to the International Council at each of its regular meetings, provided, however, that nominations may also be made from the floor. Bylaws VI (1).
